We are an ordinary couple based out of North East USA and we love to travel! We have a yearning for exploring new places and experiencing different cultures. Both of us work full time and have a child in school, so our trips are limited to under 10 days. We try to strike a balance between the must-see places/ must-do activities and just absorbing the local vibe. Our ultimate wish would be to spend more time at our destinations without having a list of things to do and places to visit. It would be nice if we could just go with the flow and plan each day as it comes. One change in how we travel has helped us imbibe the local flavor better – we try and stay in Airbnb properties as far as possible. Living like a local and mingling with the hosts has only increased our joy in traveling.
7.6 billion people and all the natural wonders in this world are held together under one canopy – the beautiful sky that envelopes all our differences. Caught up in our daily grind, we are always looking for opportunities to get out and be under this magnificent sky – be it in our backyard or on the other end of the world. Why did we start this blog when there are already thousands of travel blogs out there? We wanted a digital archive that we could look back on and relive our experiences. Also, we have benefited a great deal from the wonderful advice and adventures of other travelers in planning our trips. This blog is our attempt to help others by recounting our experiences.
